The Roller That Does It All

Whenever I want some quick relief in specific spots in my body, I pull out my Soma System portable muscle massage roller,

With this, I’m able to roll out specific parts of my upper and lower body while adjusting the pressure as much as I like.

I tend to prefer this over my foam roller because it’s smaller like a ball but has a unique design which really works well on the back so you don’t damage your spine.

It’s not for everyone because it’s “stronger” than other massage tools. But the feeling you get after you use it is a feeling like no other.
